Amongst others, we manufacture electronic components for the automotive industry. With the rising number of parts in a system the requirements for the part and soldering quality increase steadily. At the same time specific requirements apply in fields like the automotive industry such as a certification according to IATF 16949, sample approvals according to VDA Band 2/PPAP, compliance of specific features (important/critical), traceability requirements, specific customer requirements and the requalification of products in regular defined intervals.
Limtronik performs a wide component management. This ranges from the evaluation of product specifications (with respect to the vendor) over process capability- and test equipment capability evaluation, statistical process controls and process audits to first article inspection reports, process-FMEAs and more.
